GHA Services' core business is construction management including full scale renovation (asset re-positioning) and capital improvement/facility management projects. Outlined below is a summary of the construction management services provided:
• Assess Owner objectives
• Evaluate current condition of all building and common area components
• Evaluate ADA, environmental, structural and life health safety conditions
• Confirm zoning and code compliance requirements
• Develop/design program recommending preliminary construction program and budget
• Issue RFPs and perform bid comparison
• Select, as necessary, architect, engineering and consulting team
• Finalize scope of work and suggest value engineering solutions
• Award contracts and subcontractor selection
• Construction scheduling
• Project Management - including contract administration, work supervision, requisitions and funding administration
