Residential Leasing Consultant
Our Leasing Consultants are responsible for promoting and maintaining high resident occupancy standards. This includes utilization of sales and resident retention skills; renting apartments and conducting all necessary follow-up; preparing and processing all leases and related forms correctly and in a timely manner; and handling all details of move-ins and move-outs.
The candidates we are seeking have proven sales ability and possess enthusiasm for delivering excellent customer service to our residents and prospects. The ability to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills is a must. Candidates should have previous industry or sales experience and must be detail oriented with the ability to multi-task. Must be available evenings and weekends.

Maintenance Technicians are responsible for the look and function of our residential properties. This includes:
• Responding to and repairing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance problems; • Conducting preventative maintenance; • Preparing apartments for new residents; • Maintaining common areas and grounds.
We require prior maintenance experience with a preference for multi-family housing experience. HVAC certification and experience is preferred.
