Engineering Services
GHA Services employs mechanical engineering and specialty technicians who perform mechanical and plumbing services primarily to properties in the Gates Hudson apartment community portfolio as well as GHA Community Management's (GHACM) association portfolio. Services can be customized to meet specific property needs and include ongoing service and preventative maintenance programs. These services would include:
1)Central Plant/Plumbing Repair - Repairs to central plant and plumbing system components on an as-needed basis.
2) Preventative Maintenance - Implement ongoing preventative maintenance programs to central plant and plumbing systems including regular condition assessments, cleaning, parts replacement, and periodic sanitary line hydro-jetting.
3) Service Contracts - Provide routine maintenance to central plant and plumbing components. Also provide seasonal start-ups and shut-downs, chemical treatment, hydro-jetting, and priority response to troubleshooting system breakdowns.
4) Emergency Service - Provide 24-hour on-call emergency service.
5) General Maintenance - Provide property-wide minor repairs and maintenance including light carpentry, fixture repair, power washing, painting touch-ups and miscellaneous repairs.
